About

Triple Bill brings together three compelling contemporary plays in one powerful evening of theatre on a single stage.

Produced by StageCrafters Melbourne and directed by Sonil Shanker (SYNA Productions), the production features works by Fawad Khan and Bee Gul, exploring the complexities of human relationships through three distinct yet interconnected stories.

In/Out by Fawad Khan is an intense two-character play that begins with a simple declaration: one of them wants “out.” What follows is a relentless exchange of accusations, confessions, and dark humour, exposing the raw emotional layers of a relationship.

Dreams of Ithaca by Fawad Khan is an absurdist two-character play that explores alienation, identity, memory, and the impossibility of “home.” It follows a couple caught in an endless cycle of conversation, interruption, and silence, where reality and imagination blur, and nothing ever truly ends.

Bedroom Conversations by Bee Gul is a theatrical exploration of intimacy and conflict, where multiple couples’ private moments reveal universal patterns of love, power, vulnerability, and misunderstanding.

Together, these three plays form a layered and thought-provoking exploration of intimacy, identity, and human connection—an unforgettable theatrical experience.
