Our vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of purchase and can be redeemed towards any Whitehorse Tickets event or performance. Vouchers can be purchased and redeemed online, over the phone or by visiting our box office.

Voucher Conditions
Valid for 36 months from date of purchase.
Redeemable for tickets to Whitehorse Tickets events/performances only.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Minimum voucher amount is $20
Any remaining credit balance after purchase will be issued as a renewed gift voucher.
Standard booking fees apply for online and phone transactions when redeeming the voucher.

Online
Visit our Website and select desired show, event or subscription package
Click Buy Tickets and follow the online ticket buying prompts
You be required to either login or create a Whitehorse Tickets online account
At the payment screen, enter voucher number
If using more than one voucher please enter each number separately.
The voucher value will be deducted from the payment total
Any remaining payment due can be made via credit or debit card.
Unused balance of a redeemed Gift Voucher will be reissued as a new voucher
Please note: Vouchers purchased prior to Oct 2019 are not redeemable online.
