Lawful Goods Only
All products, items, or services offered for sale must comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations. Sale or distribution of prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items is strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Theatre Policies
Stallholders must adhere to all venue rules and Council policies, including health and safety requirements, fire regulations, and safety measures where applicable.
Licences and Approvals
Stallholders are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licences, or approvals required to sell their products or services. Council accepts no liability for failure to comply with legal obligations.
Conduct
Stallholders are expected to always conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Behaviour that disrupts the event or other stallholders may result in removal from the event.
Indemnity
Stallholders agree to indemnify and hold blameless the Council against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the sale or use of their products.
Right to Refuse
The Theatre and Council reserve the right to refuse participation or request removal of any stallholder or item deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or unlawful.
