We are inviting community organisations and small businesses to be part of the conversation by connecting with attendees before and after the event.
Purchase a stallholder ticket to have an allocated spot in the foyer at The Round.
Stallholder Tickets
Not-for-Profit: $30 Certificate of Incorporation must be sent to Lewis Stanley via email at time of booking.
For-Profit: $70 (this allows merchandise to be sold on site)
Space allocation: Single or double space in foyer (specify preference when booking)

What you need to bring: All materials including signage, display items, and ability to take payments.
Logistics
These are indoor stalls. The marketplace will be open before (6pm-7pm) and after (8pm-9pm) the event. We ask that no loud conversations or transactions take place during the event, so as to allow patrons to engage without distractions. The Round will provide a staff member to monitor the area during the event, should stallholders wish to attend.
- Pack-up time - all stall must be packed down between 9pm and 9.30pm
- Setup time window – all stall to be set up by 6pm (when venue doors open) No mess to be left around the stall.
- Parking – free parking is available on site.
Space & Layout:
- Dimensions – 2.4m x 0.6m tables (half or full table per stall holder)
- Provided – Trestle table with black tablecloth and two chairs. No marquees permitted inside.
- Power – Available upon request. All electrical items must be tested and tagged before being brought into the building.
Operational Details:
- Wi-Fi availability - The Round has free Wi-Fi that stall holders will be able to access for free to operate their own Point of Sales system
- Insurance requirements - Stallholders need public liability insurance.
- Payment deadline - Stallholder places are limited and will be available up until Wed 18 March, or until the allocation is exhausted.
