Concessions
Concessions and Discounts
A wide range of concessions, discounts and incentives are available for shows presented by both The Round and venue hirers/promoters. Pricing is unique to each event and any concessions or discounts will be advised on the event page, promotional material and when buying a ticket. Note: valid Photo ID or Concession Card may be required at the point of purchase or entry to an event.
Refunds
Exchanges and Refunds
Please choose your tickets carefully as Whitehorse Tickets does not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change in a buyer’s personal circumstances, illness, incorrect day/time selection or missed attendance. Package Subscribers are permitted to exchange tickets to an alternative performance of the same show up to 48 hours prior to a performance. Please refer to our Conditions of Purchase for further information.

Buying Tickets Safely
Whitehorse Tickets encourages all patrons to follow precautionary measures during the buying process to ensure they are purchasing tickets directly through Whitehorse Tickets or an authorised sales channel. Whitehorse Tickets reserves the right to cancel and not refund any ticket it reasonably believes has been bought or sold by an unauthorised seller.

Groups
Group Bookings
If you require 10 or more tickets to any performance please contact the box office to coordinate your group booking. Our Box Office team can ensure groups are allocated the best seats available, discuss group incentives, reservation options and any min/max limits per booking that may apply. No transaction fee is applied to group bookings coordinated directly with Box Office.
